Project Description
The two residences are nestled in the interior of the site separated long enough from each other in order to immunize their independent function. The site entrance lays in the extension of a preexisted pathway. The building entrances are located in the back of the site. Τhe common areas are organized in a single space. As the resident enters each house, the space is revealed to him gradually: the common areas lay in the front, then the semi-open space and he finally reaches the lower layer where the green areas and the water element are. The day areas lay under a flat slab, which separates them morphologically from the common areas’ pitched wooden roof.
